Over the past three months, I’ve pushed my body and spirit across some of the most iconic landscapes on Earth. I hiked deep into the Himalayas, stood on the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, and trekked in the Rocky Mountains. Each experience left its mark—not just on my boots or my knees—but on my mindset.
Now, I’m preparing for my next adventure: walking the length of Hadrian’s Wall across northern England. Another 73 miles of history, challenge, and reflection.
Why keep going? Because staying healthy and in shape isn’t just about physical endurance—it’s about mental resilience. Every trail teaches you something. You learn to breathe through discomfort, to quiet the noise of doubt, and to trust your own strength. You realize your body can do more, and your mind can go farther, if you train it to.
I don’t train to be an athlete—I train to stay alive in the fullest sense. To stay sharp, strong, and open to wonder. Movement is medicine. And adventure is the reward.
